54:1

Book II: Deliverance via the Name and the Judgment of Strangers

To the chief Musician on Neginoth, Maschil, A Psalm of Dawid, when the Ziphiym came and said to Sha'ul, Doth not Dawid hide himself with us? Save me, O Alahiym, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength.

Hear my prayer, O Alahiym; give ear to the words of my mouth.

The Rise of the Strangers

For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set Alahiym before them. Selah.
54:4

The Helper of the Soul

Behold, Alahiym is mine helper: Adunay is with them that uphold my soul.
54:5
He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.
54:6

The Sacrifice of Praise

I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄; for it is good.
54:7
For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.
