53:1

Book II: The Elohistic Verdict on the Fool and the Scattering of the Adversary

To the chief Musician upon Machalath, Maschil, A Psalm of Dawid. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no Alahiym. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

The Sovereign Inspection

Alahiym looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek Alahiym.

Chawahry one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

The Devouring of the Qahal

Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon Alahiym.

The Scattering of the Bones

There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for Alahiym hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because Alahiym hath despised them.

The Restoration from Ttziyun

Oh that the salvation of Yashar'al were come out of Ttziyun! When Alahiym bringeth back the captivity of his people, Ya'aqob shall rejoice, and Yashar'al shall be glad.
