14:1

Book I: The Verdict on Fallen Flesh and the Salvation from Tziyon

To the chief Musician, A Psalm of Dawid. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no Alahiym. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

14:2

The Sovereign Inspection

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek Alahiym.

14:3

The Universal Corruption

They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

14:4

The Devouring of the Qahal

Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

14:5

The Generation of the Righteous

There were they in great fear: for Alahiym is in the generation of the righteous.

14:6

The Refuge of the Poor

Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is his refuge.

14:7

The Eschatological Deliverance

Oh that the salvation of Yashar'al were come out of Tziyon! when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 bringeth back the captivity of his people, Ya'aqob shall rejoice, and Yashar'al shall be glad.
