The Ascension of Ezra and the Decree of the Turah Frequency

Now after these things, in the reign of Artachshashta king of Persia, Ezra the son of Sarayahu, the son of Azaryahu, the son of Hilqiyahu,

The son of Amaryahu, the son of Azaryahu, the son of Marayoth,

The Prepared Vessel of the Law

This Ezra went up from Babal; and he was a ready scribe in the Turah of Mushah, which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 Alahiym of Yashar'al had given: and the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 his Alahiym upon him.

And there went up some of the children of Yashar'al, and of the priests, and the Lawiytes, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinim, unto Yarushalayim, in the seventh year of Artachshashta the king.

And he came to Yarushalayim in the fifth month, which was in the seventh year of the king.

For upon the first day of the first month began he to go up from Babal, and on the first day of the fifth month came he to Yarushalayim, according to the good hand of his Alahiym upon him.

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Turah of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and to do it, and to teach in Yashar'al statutes and judgments.

Now this is the copy of the letter that the king Artachshashta gave unto Ezra the priest, the scribe, even a scribe of the words of the commandments of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and of His statutes to Yashar'al.

Artachshashta, king of kings, unto Ezra the priest, a scribe of the Turah of the Alahiym of heaven, perfect peace, and at such a time.

The Mandate of Freewill Return

I make a decree, that all they of the people of Yashar'al, and of his priests and Lawiytes, in my realm, which are minded of their own freewill to go up to Yarushalayim, go with thee.
7:14

The Judicial Audit of the Portal

Forasmuch as thou art sent of the king, and of his seven counselors, to inquire concerning Yahudah and Yarushalayim, according to the Turah of thy Alahiym which is in thine hand;
7:15

The Transfer of the Sovereign Wealth

And to carry the silver and gold, which the king and his counselors have freely offered unto the Alahiym of Yashar'al, whose habitation is in Yarushalayim,

And all the silver and gold that thou canst find in all the province of Babal, with the freewill offering of the people, and of the priests, offering willingly for the house of their Alahiym which is in Yarushalayim:
7:17

The Maintenance of the Altar Elements

That thou mayest buy speedily with this money bullocks, rams, lambs, with their meat offerings and their drink offerings, and offer them upon the altar of the house of your Alahiym which is in Yarushalayim.
7:18
And whatsoever shall seem good to thee, and to thy brethren, to do with the rest of the silver and the gold, that do after the will of your Alahiym.
7:19

The Delivery of the High-Frequency Vessels

The vessels also that are given thee for the service of the house of thy Alahiym, those deliver thou before the Alahiym of Yarushalayim.
7:20

The Blank Check on the Terrestrial Treasury

And whatsoever more shall be needful for the house of thy Alahiym, which thou shalt have occasion to bestow, bestow it out of the king's treasure house.
7:21

The Directive to the Regional Matrix

And I, even I Artachshashta the king, do make a decree to all the treasurers which are beyond the river, that whatsoever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the Turah of the Alahiym of heaven, shall require of you, it be done speedily,

Unto a hundred talents of silver, and to a hundred measures of wheat, and to a hundred baths of wine, and to a hundred baths of oil, and salt without prescribing how much.
7:23

The Fear of Celestial Retaliation

Whatsoever is commanded by the Alahiym of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the Alahiym of heaven: for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his sons?
7:24

The Exemption of the Sanctuary Personnel

Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Lawiytes, singers, porters, Nethinim, or ministers of this house of Alahiym, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.
7:25

The Geopolitical Authorization of the Turah

And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy Alahiym, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy Alahiym; and teach ye them that know them not.
7:26

The Threat of the Persian Sword

And whosoever will not do the Turah of thy Alahiym, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.
7:27

The Blessing of the Overriding Hand

Blessed be 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 Alahiym of our fathers, which hath put such a thing as this in the king's heart, to beautify the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 which is in Yarushalayim:
7:28
And hath extended mercy unto me before the king, and his counselors, and before all the king's mighty princes. And I was strengthened as the hand of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 my Alahiym was upon me, and I gathered together out of Yashar'al chief men to go up with me.
