16:1

The Breach of the Trust Frequency and the Decay of Asa

In the six and thirtieth year of the reign of Asa, Baasha king of Yashar'al came up against Yahudah, and built Ramah, to the intent that he might let none go out or come in to Asa king of Yahudah.
16:2

The Profanation of the Elemental Wealth

Then Asa brought out silver and gold out of the treasures of the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and of the king's house, and sent to Ben-Hadad king of Aram, that dwelt at Darmasaq, saying,

"There is a league between me and you, as there was between my father and your father: behold, I have sent you silver and gold; go, break your league with Baasha king of Yashar'al, that he may depart from me."

And Ben-Hadad hearkened unto king Asa, and sent the captains of his armies against the cities of Yashar'al; and they smote Iyon, and Dan, and Habal-mayim, and all the store cities of Naphtaliy.

"Were not the Kushim and the Lubim a huge host, with very many chariots and horsemen? yet, because you did rely on 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, He delivered them into your hand."
