12:1

The Uncalibration of Rehabam and the Mitzrayim Extraction

And it came to pass, when Rehabam had established the kingdom, and had strengthened himself, he forsook the Turah of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and all Yashar'al with him.
12:2

The Invasion of Shishaq

And it came to pass, that in the fifth year of king Rehabam, Shishaq king of Mitzrayim came up against Yarushalayim, because they had transgressed against 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄,
12:3
With twelve hundred chariots, and threescore thousand horsemen: and the people were without number that came with him out of Mitzrayim; the Lubim, the Sukkiyim, and the Kushim.
12:4
And he took the fenced cities which pertained to Yahudah, and came to Yarushalayim.
12:5

The Prophetic Indictment

Then came Shamayahu the prophet to Rehabam, and to the princes of Yahudah, that were gathered together to Yarushalayim because of Shishaq, and said unto them, "Thus saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, Ye have forsaken Me, and therefore have I also left you in the hand of Shishaq."
12:6

The Humiliation of the Leaders

Whereupon the princes of Yashar'al and the king humbled themselves; and they said, "𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is righteous."
12:7

The Mitigation of Judgment

And when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 saw that they humbled themselves, the word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 came to Shamayahu, saying, "They have humbled themselves; therefore I will not destroy them, but I will grant them some deliverance; and My wrath shall not be poured out upon Yarushalayim by the hand of Shishaq."
12:8
"Nevertheless they shall be his servants; that they may know My service, and the service of the kingdoms of the countries."
12:9

The Extraction of the Temple Frequencies

So Shishaq king of Mitzrayim came up against Yarushalayim, and took away the treasures of the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and the treasures of the king's house; he took all: he carried away also the shields of gold which Shalumoh had made.
12:10

The Frequency Decay: Gold to Brass

Instead of which king Rehabam made shields of brass, and committed them to the hands of the chief of the guard, that kept the entrance of the king's house.
12:11
And when the king entered into the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, the guard came and fetched them, and brought them again into the guard chamber.
12:12

The Restoration of Order

And when he humbled himself, the wrath of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 turned from him, that He would not destroy him altogether: and also in Yahudah things went well.
12:13

The Reign of Rehabam

So king Rehabam strengthened himself in Yarushalayim, and reigned: for Rehabam was one and forty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Yarushalayim, the city which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 had chosen out of all the tribes of Yashar'al, to put His Name there. And his mother's name was Naamah an Ammonitess.
12:14
And he did evil, because he prepared not his heart to seek 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.
12:15

The Records of the Seers

Now the acts of Rehabam, first and last, are they not written in the book of Shamayahu the prophet, and of Iddo the seer concerning genealogies? And there were wars between Rehabam and Yarabeam continually.
12:16

The Transition to Abiyahu

And Rehabam slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of Dawid: and Abiyahu his son reigned in his stead.
